29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A):The energy control procedures did not contain a specific statement on the intended use of the procedure: a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Drive, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691: Management did not ensure that lock out tag out procedures were developed for each machine and the lock out tag out procedures needed for the cleaning and servicing process. Procedures were not clear when workers cleaned machines including, but not limited to, the Taeheung Engineering Bag Dump Machine, DHW-32 Mini Wonton Machines and the Gyoza Dumpling Machines. Violation occurred on or about August 20,2023 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
