29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system; a) On July 28, 2023, employees working from a ladder jack scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20.2 Feet. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
