29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: (a) On June 21, 2023, at 6919 26th Street South, Fargo, North Dakota, the employer allowed the top rung of a ladder to be used as a step contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. Employees used a four-foot Werner stepladder to transition to the second level of a single-family home.
