29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about May 26, 2023, fire extinguishers within the stockroom were blocked by incoming materials, preventing the fire extinguishers from being readily accessible. T.J. Maxx was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1579328, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 739-D Hwy 71 W, Bastrop, TX 78602.
