29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. Location: 3 Aston Court, Andover, MA; On or about 03/17/2023, the foreman and two other employees were witnessed utilizing a nail gun to perform framing activities on the residence without eye protection. Yanez Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522968, citation number 1, item number 4-b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/03/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Jaffrey Road Lot 7/33-2, Marlborough, NH 03455.
