29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one-fourth inch: a) On or about March 8, 2023, in the starter repair and assembly shop, where employees operated a DeWalt bench grinder, Model DW758, whose tongue guard exceeded one-fourth inches. Air Starter Components, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586239, citation number 1, item number 3c, and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 13935 Stafford Road, Stafford, TX 77477.
