29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied. Shipping/Loading Area: On or about February 20, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees exposed to a fall hazard while riding inside a forklift attachment such as but not limited to: a. When an attachment is not secured to forks. b. When riding an attachment to load the flatbed truck.
