29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: The employer was failing to maintain a list of current chemicals. This was most recently documented on February 16, 2023 at 417 West Railway, Bruning, Nebraska in the maintenance shop. The employer had employees utilizing and storing chemicals when a chemical inventory list was not kept on-hand.
