29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: On or about February 2, 2023, sanitation employees were not informed on the combustible nature of dust in the Vortex Room. Impact Confections, Inc. (dba Kua Candy LLC) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1404296, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4017 Whitney Street Janesville, WI 53546.
