29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not prohibit a tight-fitting facepiece to be worn by employees who had facial hair that comes between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face: On or about March 8, 2023, in the preparation hangar, employees were exposed to respirable dust from talc and silica. Employees did not have a shaved face and were wearing respirators. (a) employees wore N95 filtering face piece respirators. (b) 3M half face respirators with organic vapor cartridges. Rose Aircraft Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550437, citation number 1, item number 2d and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 132 Flight Lane, Mena, AR 71953.
