29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) are not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Family Dollar Stores, Inc./ Family Dollar Stores of Ohio, LLC / Family Dollar Operations, LLC / Dollar Tree, Inc. / Dollar Tree Management, LLC / Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. / dba Family Dollar Store #12671: The employer fails to ensure that exit routes are kept free and unobstructed. This condition was observed on or about September 8, 2022, at the location of 4042 Warrensville Center Rd., Warrensville Heights, OH 44122, in which exit routes were restricted and obstructed by materials in the stock room. Employees working in the stock room performing activities such as filling the mop bucket were exposed to the limited egress hazard in the event of an emergency such as a fire.
