29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. As referenced in 29 CFR 1926.59. Site: 2186 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, NY. a) On or about 8/24/2022, employees were coating the roof top and coping the parapet wall, and were exposed to chemicals from the coating and coping materials used. The employer did not have safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals used at the site.
