29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. On or about November 16, 2021, at the store warehouse, the emergency exit door next to the loading bay was obstructed by multiple items, such as a table, a chair, a shopping cart, equipment, supplies and boxes. b. On or about November 16, 2021, the administration area mezzanine exit route was obstructed with unassembled cardboard boxes on the stairs and a trash can. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
