29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) At or near 73-75 Beech St., Paterson NJ - Interior Stairway - Front: Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet while accessing the first floor utilizing a wood stairway without a handrail and stairrail system on the open side, on or about 05/07/21.
