29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non routine tasks: a) Facility: The company Hazard Communication program did not address the employee training on hazards of non routine tasks such as cleaning the machines by chemicals including Klean Strip Acetone and 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and maintenance and repairing of the machines using chemicals including Loctite 262, on or about 10/30/2020.
