29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Production Floor All Over - On or about 06/17/2020, employees were exposed to electrical and struck-by hazards in that, annual inspections or audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's machine specific procedures were not completed as required. Energy sources used at the facility include, but are not limited to, electrical, pneumatic, and steam energy.
