29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section 205 School Street, Gardener, MA: On or about February 19, 2020 the employer had not ensured that procedures developed for the control of potentially hazardous energy were utilized on the EMBA 170 FFG printing machine when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section such as but not limited to the adjustment of the belt track. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
