29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: a. On or about February 14, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, the stairways in the lobby were not provided with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about February 14, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, the stairway on the north side of the building was not provided with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Rubens Spray Insulation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365476, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 911 W. Randolph St. in Chicago, IL.
