29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) On or about January 30, 2020, for the employee who was hospitalized from a work related injury and the incident was not reported to OSHA for ten days, at or near 800 South Main Avenue in Rugby, North Dakota.
