29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Repair shop: On or about February 6, 2020 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to; motor oil, brake fluid and automatic transmission fluid without maintaining safety data sheets in the workplace.
