29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Victor Blanco, on or about February 4th, 2020, at the location of Sublot 9, Tradewinds Dr., Port Clinton, OH, 43452: Employees were performing roofing activities without the benefit of training to identify and mitigate workplace fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet without fall protection. Victor Blanco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard [1926.503(a)(1)] which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1428932, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on November 5th, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Clifton Mill, Sublot MG-0083, North Ridgeville, OH, 44035.
