29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. Location: Bag Section Machine operators and Maintenance Technicians were exposed to caught in between hazards while opening, entering, and performing tasks inside the bag machines to include clearing jams and changing blades where training was not provided to ensure that each authorized employee could recognize the hazards associated with an unexpected energization of the machine as well as the policies and procedures for controlling such hazardous energy. Inteplast Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i))(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1275064, citation 2, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/02/2018, with respect to a workplace located at: 5 Otis St. Westborough, MA 01581
