29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) On or about December 11, 2019, in the Shop, employees are required to wear respirators for wood-working and painting operations, without first being fit-tested for respirator use. Central City Millworks, LLC was previously cited for a similar violation of Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1019858, Citation number 01, Item number 001, Group (c) and was affirmed as Final Order on 8/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2610 Second Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.
