29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 12, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities such as, but not limited to, installing siding on an approximately 11 feet 4.5 inch high roof with a pitch of approximately 4:12 were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Trademark Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364175, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at SL 123 Timberlane Trail, Hudson, Ohio 44236. Trademark Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131211, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on April 6, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11768 Valley View, Sagamore Hills, Ohio 44067.
