29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii): The employer's training program did not contain each of the minimum elements required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A) through (g)(2)(vii)(N). a) Throughout establishment - On or about 6/11/19, where employees have reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and/or OPIM, the employer's bloodborne pathogens training did not include the following: 1) An accessible copy of the regulatory text of this standard and an explanation of its contents. 2) A general explanation of the epidemiology and symptoms of bloodborne diseases. 3) An explanation of the employer's Exposure Control Plan and the means by which the employee can obtain a copy of the written plan. 4) Information on the handling, decontamination, and disposal of personal protective equipment. and 5) Information on the post exposure evaluation and follow-up that the employer is required to provide for the employee following an exposure incident.
