29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) On or about March 26, 2019 - 660 Industrial Blvd., Albertville, AL, an employee was exposed to caught-in hazards when the guard on the belt/pulley in the pit did not enclose the back side of the belt/pulley. Southern Parallel Forest Products Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088769, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 660 Industrial Blvd., Albertville, AL 35950.
