29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(ii): The unused keyway(s) of projecting shaft end(s) were not filled up or covered: a) Plant - On or about 02/20/19 and at times prior thereto the conveyor connecting the Tri State saw and the KM-16 trim saw had an unguarded shaft which did not present a smooth edge, and projected one diameter. The unused keyway was not filled-up or covered. Lincoln Lumber Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1072029, citation number 1, item number 2-b, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/02/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 414 County Farm Road, Brookhaven, MS 39602. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
