29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) On or about February 12, 2019, the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets for PowerWeld welding wire were available in the workplace. Premium Contractor Solutions, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1209122, Citation 1, Item 3c, and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2601 West Stroop Rd. Suite 500, Moraine, OH 45439.
