29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Pay and Save, Inc. dba Lowe's Mercado #118 at 1320 S. Federal Boulevard, Denver, CO 80219: On or before November 19, 2018, the employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. This condition potentially exposed employees to chemical hazards.
