29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. a) Production Area: Mold machine operator employees required to clear jams and clean out the machine on the Weinig Gruppe Powermat 500 molding machine were not provided lock out tag out training, on or about 8/13/18. Intex Millwork Solutions, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960048, citation number 1, item number 5b, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/4/14, with respect to a workplace located at 20 Bogden Blvd., Millville, NJ 08332. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
