29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c) of this section: a) Jobsite, 418 S Warren Ave, Malvern, PA: Employees are exposed to cave-in, engulfment and struck-by hazards. On or about July 21, 2018 three employees were installing pipe for a waterline in an 8 foot to 10 foot deep excavation without adequate protective systems.
