29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): The employer did not provide the training prior to requiring the employee to use a respirator in the workplace: a. 100 Melrich Road, Cranbury, NJ - Warehouse/Mixing Room The employer did not ensure that all employees wearing 3M half-face, tight-fitting respirators while mixing paints in the mixing room and disposing of chemical wastes in the warehouse were provided with respiratory protection training before beginning to use the respirators. Violation occurred on or about July 25, 2018 The company Albert Kemperle, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.134(k)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 923524, citation number 1, item number 1/d and was affirmed as a final order on 9/27/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 82 S. Central Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580. WRITTEN ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
