29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7): A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device shall be used to keep cylinders from being knocked over while in use: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that gas cylinder tanks were secured to prevent displacement while in use. Employees conducting cutting operations using oxygen and acetylene gas cylinder tanks did not have each cylinder secured. Condition was observed on or about 19 OCT 2017 and 3 NOV 2017.
