29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): A fall protection plan was not prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast work, or residential construction work was being performed: On or about October 17, 2017, Miller Brothers Building Systems, LLC does not develop a fall protection plan prepared by a qualified person and specifically for the site. This violation was most recently observed when two employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet without fall protection, on a residential construction site in Savoy, Illinois.
