29 CFR 1910.1026(f)(1)(i): Where feasible engineering and work practice controls would reduce employee exposure to chromium (VI) to or below the permissible exposure limit, the employer did not apply these feasible controls to reduce employee exposures to the lowest chromium (VI) levels achievable: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to hexavalent chromium hazards. The condition was most recently observed on August 31, 2017, at 3801 S Oliver, Wichita, Kansas. An employee engaged in sanding and grinding activities in the seal bay were not provided feasible engineering controls and work practices to reduce employee exposure to the lowest level achievable.
