29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) Pepsico at 115 W. 16th Street, Craig, Colorado 81625: On and before May 31, 2017, the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical and lubricants, flammable liquids, and combustible liquids stored in the warehouse. These chemicals include Clorox Bleach, Mobil Motor Oil, Diesel Fuel Supplement, and Carbon Dioxide Gas. This exposes employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.
