29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: 66-72 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, NJ a) Workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to 27 feet when applying masonry stucco from tubular welded frame scaffolding which was not adequately braced. Of 16 frame risers requiring a total of 32 cross braces, only 24 cross braces were installed. Violation occurred on or about 5-11-17
