29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) Worksite was located at 52 Vesey Street, Newark, NJ 07105 Employees were exposed to fall hazards as they were observed working from scaffolds that did not have proper guardrails and end rails on all open sides. Violation was observed on or about 2/27/2017.
