29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Warehouse Area: Employees work with hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, propane, acetylene, oxygen, Autran synthetic automatic transmission fluid, Permtex brake & part cleaner, Rust-Oleum Multi-purpose cleaner, and Sunoco Ultra 80w90 oil. The employer did not provide safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals used in the workplace, on or about, 10/17/16.
