29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: a. On or about September 8, 2016, at the forming department of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. no other info available) that was not anchored. b. On or about September 8, 2016, at the welding department of the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a bench grinder (i.e. Ryobi, Model BG828G) that was not properly anchored. Pavilion Furniture Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 513638, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 16200 NW 49th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33014.
