29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. a) Screen Printing Area/Solvent Ink Storage - on or about August 2, 2016, a red plastic container with white ink, and a black plastic container with green ink were not labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity, signal word, hazard statement, pictograms, precautionary statements, and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer. b) Screen Printing Area/UV and Solvent Ink Storage - on or about August 2, 2016, the employer had containers of solvent and UV inks with markings to include but not limited to PMS 424 solvent, PMS415c, solvent ink primrose yellow flat, 4700 custom purple, quality print FN4119, PMS 353, solvent 355c, and FN444; but the labeling did not contain any information to include signal words, hazard statements, pictograms, precautionary statements, and the name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer.
