29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) Basement; The employer allowed employees to work with potentially hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Spectraclean Purge (category 2 flammable liquid and vapor, toxin) without training, exposing employees to physical and health hazards. Decostar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952323 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Decoma Dr., Carrollton, GA 30117.
