29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): Powder coating area. On or about July 27, 2016 the employer did not ensure that employees, who are required to wear respirators, had received a fit test prior to working in the powder coating area where they are exposed to concentrations of respirable and total dust above the OSHA permissible exposure limit.
