For field work involving two or more employees at a work location, at least two trained persons were not available: At Freymuth Road near Eisenbath Road intersection in Saint Paul, MO 63366 - On or about 05/05/2016, employees were exposed to the hazard of being contacted by electricity, approximately 7,200 volts, and at least two person were not first-aid trained.
