29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c): Bayview Drive, Belleair, FL jobsite - Employees were exposed to a struck by/ crush by hazard while working in a trench approximately 7 feet deep in Type "C" soil without proper sloping or shoring, on or about April 26, 2016.
