29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c). Site: 146 Wilson Street Brooklyn, NY On or about 12/14/15 a) 3 workers digging in an excavation approximately 13 feet deep were not protected from cave-in. There was no shoring, sloping or benching systems provided. Employees excavating a back yard when a cave-in occurred trapping three employees.
