29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a. Outdoor Scrap Yard: Compressed gas cylinders were protected from physical damage such as but not limited to cuts or abrasion as they are lifted and moved by a grappler as per Section 3.3.8 of the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1 1965, on or about, 12/4/15. Park Stein, Inc dba Parkway Iron and Metal Company Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314681529, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/19/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 613-614 Route 46 East, Clifton NJ, 07015.
