Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: Improper storage of liquid and gaseous chemicals; storage of acids and bases together; unattended running forklift; absence of training on safe handling of corrosive chemicals; inoperable fire extinguisher.
