29 CFR 1910.218(f)(2)(i): Electrical power apparatus to hydraulic forging press(es) was not locked out when die(s) were being changed or maintenance was being performed on the press(es). a) On or about the week of March 1, 2015, in the forge Shop located at 53 Freedom Rd., Painesville, Ohio 44077, hazardous energy control procedures(lockout/tagout) were not utilized by the machine operator during setup and dies changes on the 750 ton HPM hydraulic press.
