29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them. a) Jobsite - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards while installing sheathing panels approximately 37 feet above ground level, on or about 12/11/14. 4 x 4 Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989466, citation number 2, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/5/14, with respect to a workplace located at 219 West George Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19123.
